‘Must Have’ Web Pages

Ok, there are a few web site pages that you absolutely have to have to on your web site. Most people don’t think of these until it is too late.

this, don’t be
one of them!

There may be legal reasons why these pages are a good idea. Please consult your attorney. I am not going to discuss the legal aspects of these pages as I am not qualified. I want you to have an operational description.

They are:

• Privacy Policy
• Terms of Use
• Earnings Disclaimer

You may be able to get away with not having an earnings disclaimer if you are not selling products that could be interpreted as potentially giving money making advice or information.

You will find these pages on all of the web pages, squeeze pages, etc. of all the major players in the industry. There are plenty of examples out there as a starting point.
